I was not impressed with your customer service. I ordered 2 hats, you sent me an email a saying they had been shipped, yet it had no tracking number!! I called and asked was what was going on, I never received a hat. was told I would get it in a month or so? Then, I only got one hat. So I called to find out why?? Was told I only ordered one, yet the email you sent me showed I ordered two!! They told me that their records showed I only ordered ONE?? So they required I had to prove it!!
they required me to take a pic of the shipping invoice, (which should 2 hats) and fax it to you.
I don't do fax, so I had to get somebody to do all that for me. So a week (?) later you sent me an email saying it had been shipped and it had a tracking number, however the number was no good? Anyway, a week or so later I finally got my hat!!!! And, you wonder why I'm not very happy with your outfit?????
